Ziggy is a lovely boy with a lot of potential. He is quite timid at the moment and gets nervous around new people and situations. Once he feels safe and familiar with the environment (doesn’t take long), he settles in easily showing off his playful, bubbly personality.
He doesn’t seem to have had much training in his past life, more work needs to be done in that space. Ziggy is very intelligent and responds well to loving guidance, praise, treats and the word “no” and his house manners are improving quickly.
Ziggy is fully toilet trained and sleeps well through the night. He gets along well with other dogs of all sizes both male and female.
He is cuddly and affectionate, certainly a people’s dog. When nervous or unsure, he seeks reassurance and protection from his humans. His confidence grows with human attention, love and care.
Ziggy is a kind, loving pup who is keen to please. He is also quite active and will need an active family. He will be best suited to a young, busy family with children or a young, active couple who will provide him with continuous loving care and training, mental and physical stimulation, as well as give him an opportunity to explore and love the outside world.
