Meet Zeppelin!

Zeppelin is a 7-month-old poodle with the sweetest soul. This gorgeous boy can be quite shy when you first meet him, but with a bit of patience and giving him time to settle in, his true personality shines. Once he feels safe, Zeppelin transforms into a playful and cuddly companion who loves nothing more than being by your side.

Zeppelin has been thriving in foster care alongside his brother, Lennon, and is now ready to bring his gentle, affectionate nature to his forever home. He would love a home with a furry friend to play with, cuddle up to, and help guide him through the transition of finding his place in the world. Zepp will be a medium size Poodle fully grown at about 15-20kg.

He is crate trained, 80% toilet trained so there will be a few accidents and should train quickly as he is food orientated.  You need to tread lightly as the big world is scary and he shuts down if pushed too quickly.  He cannot walk on a lead yet, but he is now used to a collar.

If you’re looking for a loyal friend with a heart full of love, Zeppelin is your boy.

Some points:

• Zeppelin doesn’t like loud noises, shouting or bangs.
• He plays with my large rottweiler cross well and has lots of fun
• Collar is tolerated but if you put a lead on him, he freezes.
• If I carry him outside to the car or just out and down the driveway, he hangs onto me for dear life. Open spaces seem to be scary.
• He has been bathed but I have not tried to brush him yet so I don’t scare him, but will try this week.
• He needs people to be really patient and slow with him and not approach him or he runs and hides.  He will eventually come to you if you’re patient.
• He doesn’t like to be taken out of his comfort zone, he almost shuts down.
