Meet Tony Quirky, Confident, and Full of Character!
We think Tony is a little legend. He’s full of personality and he keeps us laughing with his quirky ways and his big-dog confidence packed into a growing little body. He knows exactly what he wants, and he’s not afraid to let you know whether it’s dinner time, cuddle time, or time to not do what you’ve just asked. He’s got character in spades.
But don’t be fooled Tony is also incredibly smart and responsive. He’s doing really well with his training, and with the right kind of calm, confident leadership, he shines. He follows redirection beautifully, especially if there’s food involved, and he genuinely wants to do the right thing.
Tony lives with his foster brother and two much bigger foster sisters, and he holds his own with no trouble at all. He’s cheeky, playful, and always up for a bit of fun.
Tony needs a home that can offer him guidance and structure as he grows. He’d do best with a large, non-reactive male or female dog who can help role model the way, and he’d be most comfortable in a home with older, dog-savvy kids who understand his boundaries and can give him the space to feel safe and confident.
He’s super cuddly, but very much on his terms, he’s still learning, still growing, and working out how the world works, but he’s full of potential, full of love, and full of charm.
