Tessa is a beautiful 2-year-old Kelpie x Collie with a gentle nature and a heart full of love. She’s a sweet, loyal girl who enjoys simply being around her people. Whether you're relaxing at home or spending time in the yard, Tessa is happiest just quietly keeping you company.
She is wonderful with children of all ages and has a calm, patient temperament that makes her a lovely family companion. Tessa also gets along well with other dogs and animals of a similar size. However, due to her natural prey instincts, she isn’t suited to homes with small pets such as guinea pigs or rabbits, as she tends to see them as something to chase.
Tessa can be very shy and timid in new situations, but with a bit of patience and reassurance she eventually warms up and shows her affectionate side. Once she feels comfortable, she absolutely loves belly rubs and gentle affection.
She knows her basic commands and has lovely manners around the home. Tessa doesn’t demand constant attention and is perfectly content just being near you, making her a great companion for someone looking for a relaxed, loyal dog.
