Summer is a very clever puppy, learning quickly and is eager to please. She has mastered the doggie door, taking herself outside to go to the toilet with minimum accidents inside.
True to her working breed mix, Summer is active and likes to keep her mind busy.
She loves the company of other dogs - enjoying wrestling, running, splashing in the puppy pool and playing in the yard for hours with her sister. A home with another dog for company would be best, as Summer tends to fret when left alone or with other dogs/humans out of sight.
As Summer is still very young and learning about the world, ongoing training is recommended to ensure that she grows up to be a beautifully well rounded dog.
Though Summer has not been tested with cats, due to her age she would easily adapt and learn to live with a feline sibling in the home.
