Hi, I’m Sonic, and the first thing you’ll notice about me is how teeny tiny I am. I’m only 7 months old, but boy do I have a lot of personality! Not only am I really, really ridiculously cute, I am also a happy, snuggly little guy.
I’m currently living with 3 small children under 8, 2 cats and 2 other dogs and I get along with them all. I have to say though, the kids are my absolute favourite! I am definitely going to need a family where someone is home with me most of the time, as I’m just a baby and feel secure around my people. I can be a tad bossy with my doggy friends, but they don’t take any notice of me when I do this (I think they’re biased because of my size). My foster mum does correct me if I get too bossy.
My absolute favourite thing to do is sit on your shoulder and snuggle in. I also do a cute party trick where I dance around on my hind legs when I’m excited. I’m learning to sit, and I have mastered the big stairs and doggy door in my foster home. I’m pretty clever too, I go to the toilet outside as long as I can get outside. My foster mum still takes me outside before bed and first thing in the morning to help me remember. I’m also learning to walk nicely on the tiniest harness in the world .
The only downfall with me is that I may be literally too cute to handle. My foster mum says I’m so cute, it’s like staring into the sun and she has to look away!
HEALTH WAIVER:
Sonic has Microphthalmia (small eye), microblepharon (shortening of the eye lids) and dry eye in the Right eye. He is currently being treated with eye medication for his dry eye (tacrolimus). Sonic may require this life long however we cannot say at this stage.
