I'm ready for my new family!

Hi! My Name Is Scout

I'm Available
Meet Scout

This gorgeous boy is full of enthusiasm, affection and a genuine love for life. He's a happy, energetic young pup who wants nothing more than to be included in everything his humans do.

When he's excited, he's a bundle of bouncing, tail-wagging happiness. But once he's had his exercise, enrichment and a chance to settle, he transforms into the most beautiful, calm and affectionate companion. He absolutely loves snuggling up with his people and is thoroughly convinced he's a lap dog!

Scout is clever, food-motivated and already knows basic commands such as sit and stay. He takes treats gently, loves his lick mats and is still discovering how much fun toys can be.

Being a young boy, Scout is still learning his manners. His enthusiasm sometimes results in jumping up to greet people. With patience, consistency and positive reinforcement, he has wonderful potential.

Scout loves other dogs and is good with both male and female dogs.

Scout would thrive with an active, loving family who understands that he's still a young dog learning about the world. Older children would be ideal, along with people who enjoy getting outdoors and including their furry family members in everyday life.

He would love a well-matched canine friend, and a household where someone is home regularly would be especially beneficial, as he can become a little anxious when left alone.

Scout needs a family who can offer continued training, exercise, enrichment and plenty of love. In return, they'll get a loyal companion, endless entertainment and some of the best cuddles imaginable.
