Hello, my name is Portia! I am an affectionate, sweet-natured girl. I am very smart and very trainable; I sit, lie-down, wait, come and let my people know when I need to go outside for the toilet. I am very well-mannered. I am shy but I do like to meet other dogs and people. I have really grown in confidence recently and feel safe enough to reveal my sense of humour. Whenever I go out, everyone tells me how beautiful I am.
I need a calm, safe, stable, secure, furever home preferably with a mum who will be home most of the time. I still get anxious being left alone, I like to be inside with my family most of the time. I like my daily walks but, after that, I love lying at my foster-mum’s feet while she is working and snuggling on the lounge with whoever is available.
I currently live with my foster-mum, dad, and teenage brother and cat. I love our cat! We play follow-the-leader (I am the follower), hide-and-seek (he always wins), and I love to lick him every time he comes near. I wish he would snuggle with me! I also love snuffle-toys, snuffling out some treats, playing tug-of-war with my ropey.
I want to be loved the way I deserve, in a loving home that will enjoy me just being beautiful me.
