Pockets is a sweet, gentle natured pup with a heart full of love. This poor girl did not have the best start to life and was sadly let down by humans. Despite overcoming unimaginable neglect being found underweight, without access to food or water, and sleeping on a pile of rubbish, Pockets has shown incredible resilience in her short life and is proving to be a very loving and loyal companion.
She is very affectionate and loves nothing more than curling up in your lap, soaking up the love she’s never had. Pockets is smart and eager to please; she has already learned to sit politely for her food and sleeps well overnight in her crate.
Pockets gets along beautifully with the three resident dogs in her foster home and enjoys a run and gentle wrestle with them. During the day, Pockets enjoys being an inside/outside dog. She loves human company but is also content exploring her surroundings and entertaining herself.
Overall, Pockets has a gentle heart and a deep appreciation for affection, proving just how powerful love and safety can be. Pockets is looking for someone who can give her time, love and a forever commitment
