Peggy is a fun-loving, intelligent and incredibly social pup who has embraced every opportunity since coming into care. Peggy has taken to family life with enthusiasm and a remarkable willingness to learn. From the moment she arrived, she won hearts by showering everyone with affection, quickly bonding with both people and dogs alike. By the very next morning, she had already become best friends with the resident dogs, including an anxious dog who doesn't make friends easily.
This bright young girl is crate trained, happily takes herself off for a rest when she needs one, and is doing wonderfully with her toilet training. Peggy is eager to please, highly trainable and learns quickly, especially when she has calm canine companions to guide her. Her vet was so impressed during her very first medical appointment, commenting on what a good puppy she is. Peggy loves being part of the action and approaches new routines and changes with confidence and curiosity.
As a large-breed puppy, Peggy will grow into a large sized dog. She is fantastic with children, enjoys the company of other dogs and would thrive in a family or companion home committed to helping her reach her full potential.
