Oscar is wonderful with children and has happily met lots of new people while in foster care without any issues. He also met a cat at the vet and appeared comfortable and relaxed. He's currently living with three male Jack Russell dogs who he is slowly getting used to, he may be best suited to a calm natured female dog. While he enjoys the company of other dogs, he would also be perfectly happy as an only dog, as human companionship is what he loves most.
One of Oscar's standout qualities is how calm and easy-going he is. He rarely barks, isn't destructive, doesn't wander or run away, and travels beautifully in the car. At night, he sleeps peacefully on his dog bed beside his foster family and happily sleeps right through.
