Nugget is a beautiful 7-year-old male English Staffy X. He is a very laid-back dog who loves to receive affection and has so much love to give. Nugget enjoys spending his days with a short walk, followed by rolling around in the morning sun or relaxing in the afternoon shade. In the evenings, he cuddles up in his bed, wrapped in a blanket, and is perfectly content to stay there all night.
He is house-trained and would make an excellent companion for anyone looking to adopt. Nugget is friendly when meeting new people and isn't shy; everyone who meets him instantly adores him and comments on his gentle demeanour. He knows his basic commands and is happy to walk beside you on a lead once he is familiar with his walking route. Nugget is also good with car rides, sitting or lying down comfortably for the entire trip.
Unfortunately, Nugget's previous owner left him at the pound after getting a new puppy, and Nugget snapped at it. However, he tested well at the pound with other dogs and has shown absolutely no aggressive behaviour while with his foster parents. He particularly enjoys saying hello to the neighbours' dogs through the fence.
