Minty is a beautiful and sweet girl with a soft nature and cute personality. She loves being part of whatever you’re doing, watering the garden, pottering around the house, going for rides in the car or snuggling right beside you on the couch watching tv or reading. If you’re there, she wants to be there too!
After a rough start, this brave girl is blossoming into the sweetest companion and she is looking for a fresh start where she can give a lifetime of love and loyalty.
Minty adores pats, cuddles, chin scratches and head rubs and once she trusts you, she melts right into you like she’s known you forever. She also loves to splash around in her water bowl.
Minty is still gaining confidence, so she’d do best in a home where everyone is gentle, patient and understanding as she needs a gentle approach at first as she continues to come out of her shell and build trust.
She’s met cats and can get a little jumpy if they sneak up on her, but she’s not reactive and will improve with slow positive introductions.
She’s clever, has lovely manners and responds well to commands and is great on the lead. With a bit more practice (and a few treats, of course!), she’ll be an amazing walking buddy.
