We're happy to tell you that Mason has a new furever home. Please visit our Available Dogs Page to see the pups currently available.
Hi there! My name is Mason, and I’m a super friendly and cuddly little guy. I absolutely love being around people, and my favorite place is right next to you, ready for all the belly rubs you can give! Although I am deaf, my foster family says I'm smart and eager to learn, so I need someone who can continue my training and keep my mind active with fun challenges.
I’d be happiest in a home where I can have a furry sibling to learn from, as it helps me build my confidence and learn the ropes. I’m already picking up on some commands, but with your help, I know I can get even better. I’m also crate trained, and it's becoming my cozy little haven where I can relax and feel safe.
I’m playful, I’m loving, and I’m so ready to find my forever home with someone who will love me as much as I’ll love them. If you’re looking for a loyal, snuggly companion who will bring joy and warmth into your life, I’m your pup! Please give me a chance—my smiley little face will be sure to make you happy!
HEALTH WAIVER:
MASON IS DEAF.
Mason has merle ocular dysgenesis, which is unfortunately common in dogs that are double merle (two merle parents).
He has been to Animal Eye Services to confirm the diagnosis.
The left eye has several developmental abnormalities including micro-ophthalmia and choroidal hypoplasia. The vision appears to be adequate in both eyes. Typical this is a stable non painful condition however Mason is at risk of cataract development and should be monitored for this yearly.
