Hello you! I’m MAJOR, champion snugglebum. Don’t be mistaken by my name, I am only 15kg!
If you want a buddy to sit on your lap or have a super soft muzzle resting on your chest in a cuddle and be your best friend then I am it! I play gently, love nothing more than a cuddle and will love you instantly! I am food motivated so you can bribe me to do almost anything! Although I do tend to have selective hearing at times, it just adds to my adorable personality!
My helicopter tail will show you how happy I am to see you, even if you only left the room for a moment!
I’m fine to chill at home if you need to go out for short periods but would prefer you are home more often than not or have another doggie to play with! Better yet, I’m travel size so take me with you!
I love munching a small carrot as a treat for breakfast and eating dinner inside my crate of an afternoon. Cold watermelon is a favourite afternoon snack too!
I get on well with other dogs who are willing to share you with me. I like to think I’m irresistible!
I currently sleep through the night in my crate snuggled in a baby doona on the patio of a night and my foster dog sleeps opposite me, although I would LOVE to sleep on a soft bed with you or near you at night.
I am not a drooler, whiner or persistent barker. On the rare occasion I do, it is for good reason and is so deep you’d think I am a HUGE dog! A storm hit the night I arrived and I wasn’t bothered by the lightening or thunder at all.
I know my name, how to come, down, off and uh-uh for corrections. I am still working on sit. I am not a fan of wearing a collar and will itch at it, I assure you I am flea free and stink free!
I have no issues with taking a bath and am easy to groom with a quick brush. I am happy for you to check my feet, eyes, ears and teeth! I especially love drying time and love being wrapped and rubbed with a towel!
