Maisy is one of the sweetest girls you could ever meet, she loves every dog she has met!
Maisy came to Lucky Paws Rescue after being found pregnant on the streets. She has since raised her five beautiful puppies, and now that they’ve started their journey to forever homes, it’s Maisy’s turn to find hers.
Maisy is the ultimate cuddle buddy—she adores being close to her foster parents and will gladly soak up all the pats and affection you can give. She’s a true sweetheart who loves nothing more than being part of the family.
Maisy is very food motivated, which makes training a breeze. She’s currently working on putting on a little extra weight and has been thoroughly enjoying the extra treats and meals.
Maisy is currently living with a playful 1-year-old Staffy and a 4-year-old kitty. She loves romping around with her foster dog sibling, and when they’re not playing, they can be found napping together. She’s respectful of the cat’s space and shows little interest in chasing or bothering her.
Maisy has great manners when it comes to mealtime—she’ll sit and wait patiently for her food. She also sleeps soundly in her crate at night and is currently being crate-trained to ensure she feels safe and secure.
Maisy would thrive in a home where someone is around more often than not. While she’d love a canine companion, she’d also do well as the only dog in a home where she gets plenty of attention and love.
She will need a secure yard with 5ft fencing to keep her safe and sound.
