Meet your new little shadow - MAISIE!
At just 8.5kg, this teeny little girl doesn’t take up much room on the couch, but she’s very ready to find a big place in someone’s heart.
She’s a gentle, sweet-natured girl who loves being inside, sleeping near her people and feeling like she’s part of the family. She’s still learning that the world (and the humans in it) can be trusted, so she can be a little unsure at first and needs someone willing to let her come out of her shell in her own time.
And underneath that shy exterior is an absolute sweetheart.
She loves other dogs, is good with children, and is wonderfully quiet, she’s not a barker and is happiest simply hanging out nearby. Having another friendly, confident dog around may even help show her that life isn’t quite so scary (and she loves to play!). Maisie has also grown up around an array of other animals so would adapt well to any environment with love and patience.
She isn’t the kind of dog who will necessarily bound into your arms the moment you meet her. She’s the kind who will slowly choose you, and watching that trust grow is pretty special.
With a calm home, patience and lots of love, she has all the makings of the most loyal little companion and best friend.
