Hi! I’m Lizzie!
I’m one of the friendliest girls you’ll ever meet and full of love. I love meeting new humans and hope one of them will be my new family.
I’m not fussed by other dogs – people are my focus. I could do well on my own, with enough exercise and socialisation. I’m fine with seeing dogs from a distance, just not nose to nose. But I know I can be friends with dogs eventually with training and confidence building and slow introductions.
I’m still familiarising myself with walking on a lead as I still find that concept a bit scary, but I’ll get there. I’m just starting to discover new smells while walking and loving it. And will happily take treats to keep me focused.
I am very food motivated so I can easily be taught tricks and basic manners with treats - currently in training. I love my food so much and need help slowing down with a slow feeding bowl, and one of my favourite daily enrichments is a kong. I would love a family willing to continue my training, socialisation, mental and physical stimulation to help reach my full potential.
I would love a home where people are at home more often than not. I’m happiest when I’m with you, I love to follow my humans around and give them cuddles on the couch. I thrive off love and affection.
