Meet Kona — a playful and affectionate girl looking for her human bestie!
Kona has a super sweet nature and is happiest when she’s close by her human/s, following them around the house, quietly keeping them company as they go about their day. Her eyes are wonderfully expressive and when she’s happy or excited, it starts with the tail wag and ends up being a whole body wiggle.
She can be a little unsure at times and will look for reassurance, but a simple pat and a kind word is all she needs to settle.
When it’s time to relax, Kona is very happy to join you on the couch. She thinks she passes as a lap dog and enjoys a cuddle, melting into you, before settling beside you.
Kona will benefit from ongoing consistent training to become the best girl she can be. She also needs reminding of her manners from time to time.
Kona is currently living with a human foster sister and a doggy sibling. She enjoys the company of both, but is still learning to willingly share her toys with her doggy sibling.
More than anything, Kona is looking for a human bestie and offers friendship, unconditional love and loyalty.
