Keisha is a playful, happy and energetic puppy.
She sleeps beautifully in her crate and in her own room at night (she’s quite the independent puppy!)
Despite her young age & coming directly from the pound to her foster family, she is picking up toilet training very quickly (she’s almost 100% toilet trained).
She would do well as an only pet or with other dogs. She gets along well with other dogs - she currently has two siblings at her foster home & seems to read the body language of other dogs well - so if you have an older or more dominant dog, she knows not to push their boundaries.
She would be great with kids of all ages too. She hasn’t met any cats yet, but with a slow introduction she would probably be fine.
She loves being around people and will often be found napping at the feet of whoever is in the house.
She is super food motivated and excited to learn in general - she is well on the way to mastering “sit”, “wait”, down” and “leave it”.
She’s got a sweet personality and would be an incredible companion for someone / a family. She loves sitting on the couch with a human and getting lots of cuddles.
Given she is a working dog with a lot of energy, she would benefit from daily walks and some training to take advantage of her clever brain.
If you are out for long periods of time during the day, she would probably prefer a playmate at home, but she could probably get used to being on her own with enough stimulation (walks, runs etc.) in the morning & evening.
I am 6 months old.
