Meet our sweet girl Jessie — a 5-year-old Border Collie with a heart of gold!
This beautiful lady is an active, happy 5-year-old Border Collie who truly believes everyone she meets is a friend she just hasn’t cuddled yet. Dogs, humans, the vet’s waiting room strangers — she loves them all (she very nearly went home with a new family at her last check-up).
She’s very gentle and submissive by nature, making her a wonderful companion for kids who understand a dog’s boundaries and when it’s time to give her a break. She’s fully toilet trained, knows her sit command like a pro, and while stay is… a work in progress, she more than makes up for it with affection and good manners.
An active home would suit her well, but she’s equally happy clocking off for the day with couch cuddles.
At bedtime, don’t be surprised if she makes herself comfortable on the end of your bed — she believes that’s just part of being family.
