Introducing JADE… Active, playful, timid yet friendly, sweet & clever!
JADE is a super sweet, super friendly pup who walks up to people with her tail wagging & a smile that makes her hard to ignore. She’s gentle & might not automatically trust you at first but once she’s been given a moment & feels comfortable, you’ll see just how sweet she is.
One thing JADE & her sister Topaz have in common, they love the water! One of JADE’s favourite things to do (which is hilariously entertaining to watch) is play with the hose & under the sprinkler. She’ll happily play outside when it’s raining & doesn’t mind going for walks in the wet weather either.
JADE finds reassurance in both humans & other dogs. She regularly “checks in” with me throughout the day before heading back off to play with the other dogs & pups or settling down with a long lasting chew (goat horn or a wood chew being two of her favourites).
Her training journey is off to a fantastic start. She has toilet training down pat & has also learnt “no”, “off”, “here”, “sit” & “down”. Being patient at mealtimes & “bed” are the ones we’re working on currently. Daily walks & ongoing socialisation have also been helping JADE become more comfortable & confident walking on a lead.
This little pup (like her sister) would do well in a home where there’s someone there more often then not but is okay being at home for longer periods when there’s another pup or dog there too. Children & adults who are gentle & patient with puppies & who understand their needs would be great matches for JADE also.
