Ivory is an amazing pup who will win you over with her sweet and gentle personality. She's very intelligent and quickly settled into her new home, adapting to the routine of the household with ease.
Though she loves being around people and animals, Ivory is also content on her own and enjoys laying down while she eats. One of her favorite activities is getting a good belly rub - she's so appreciative! She gets along well with other animals, particularly her brother and sister as well as two older labs in the family. Plus, she's a pro at bath time - no fuss!
Ivory would do best in a home with other animals that has experience with maremmas or the time to learn about the breed. If you're looking for a loving companion who will melt your heart, Ivory is your pup!
IMPORTANT! Please research the Maremma breed before applying! Although these puppies are incredibly adorable they require special and dedicated families.
The breed is incredibly protective and requires training and socialisation from day 1. They have a tendency to bark - ALOT and they require either acreage or very active homes.
Maremma’s do well in a home with other pets and are generally good with other dogs, cats, chickens and farm animals.
They are not suited to apartments, small backyards or townhouses.
