Hi I’m Hazel my foster mum says I'm the kind of puppy that quietly steals your heart.
I'm gentle, thoughtful and incredibly sweet, with soulful blue eyes and a calm nature that makes everyone around me slow down. I like to take a moment to take everything in before jumping into new situations, but once I feel safe, I'll happily wander over for a cuddle or let you know when I'd like a little attention.
I'm currently living with my brother and two much bigger foster sisters. I respect their space, understand their boundaries, and fit into the pack with ease. I love spending my days snoozing with my brother or exploring the garden together.
For such a young puppy, I'm already a very sensible little girl. I'm toilet trained through the day, sleep soundly through the night in my crate with my brother (with the occasional midnight trip to the garden), and I'm just as happy curling up in my dog bed for a nap.
I'm very responsive to gentle guidance and redirection, making me a wonderful blank canvas for someone who enjoys training. As a Wolfhound cross, I have the breed's calm, affectionate nature, along with plenty of intelligence and a willingness to learn.
I'm not the puppy who has to be the centre of attention. I'm the one who quietly becomes your shadow, wins you over with my gentle heart, and reminds you that sometimes the softest personalities leave the biggest footprints.
