Hi, my names Gizmo!
I'm a beautiful young man who is having the best fun with my foster family as they teach me how to be a dog.
I've had a rough start in life, but with lots of love and patience I am learning to thrive. I'll need my forever family to continue guiding me in how to be the best Gizmo I can be and help build my confidence.
My ideal home will need a big yard for me to run and play in, and I'd love to go on some nice big walks.
I am still learning that I don't need to be frightened of new people so I'll need encouragement and understanding with this.
My foster family have a cat that I try and be friends with but it really doesn't like me. I also live with two kids aged 9 and 14, they sometimes sneak me into their bed, which I love!
All I want is to be loved, because I have so much love to reciprocate!
HEALTH WAIVER:
Gizmo was sadly hit by a car a few months ago and as a result had 2 fractures - 1 of the right distal radial diaphysis & right ulna. During surgery the bones were aligned, and two plates were placed to hold the bones in place whilst they heal.
Both of these were repaired at Qld Vet Specialists.
Due to the injury he may be susceptible to early onset arthritis and later in life we recommend commencing a joint supplement such as 4cyte.
