Hi humans, my name is Finley and my foster mum says I’m quite the little dude!
I love to spend my days exploring the yard, helping you around the house and sleeping. I love sleeping, in fact I could sleep anywhere as long as it’s near you! My favourite spot to cuddle up is in your lap or on the couch next to you but I’m also okay sleeping on my bed at night.
I’m currently living with my sister and 2 older foster siblings and I get on with them all. I’m a little reserved at first around new dogs as I like to do my own thing but I’ll join in play when I’m feeling up to it. I like to chew sticks, toys and anything else I can get my mouth on. I don’t mind a game of chasey with my sister but not with the big dogs as their paws are too big and scary.
So far I’ve learnt to sit and come to my name. Toilet training is a work in progress but with some more practice and positive reinforcement I’ll get it in no time.
As I’m a growing boy I love my food so I’d recommend feeding me away from other animals if you have them so I don’t steal their dinner.
I thrive on attention and would love to be included in any of your daily activities.
I am 10 weeks old.
