Meet Ebony – Your Future Shadow!
Ebony is a stunning 9-year-old poodle with a heart full of love and loyalty. She may seem a little reserved at first, but don’t be fooled – once she decides you’re her person, she’ll stick to you like glue and never let you out of her sight.
It’s important to note that unfortunately Ebony does suffer from a chronic health condition
This sweet girl thrives on companionship and does suffer from separation anxiety, so she’d love a home where someone is around most of the time or can take her along to work. Another friendly dog would be a bonus – she enjoys canine company and currently has a playful puppy pal at her foster mum’s workplace (though she’s not afraid to set boundaries when playtime gets too rowdy!).

HEALTH WAIVER: Ebony has Chronic urinary incontinence. This means long-term and ongoing loss of control over the bladder. This usually shows as:
Dribbling urine when resting or asleep
Wet patches in bedding
Urinating without realising
Leakage even after toileting
It often happens because of weakened bladder sphincter muscles or age-related changes.
Even with medication, some dogs—like Ebony—may still leak because the condition can be managed but not always completely cured.
Ebony is currently on 2 types of medication.
Stilboestrol 1 tab every 3rd night
Propalin 0.25mls morning and night every day
These have greatly helped her since she first arrived however needs to be taken out to the toilet regularly and she may potentially need to wear nappies at night.
