Colette is a very sweet little girl who loves being cuddled and held. She absolutely adores belly rubs and will happily follow you around the house like a tiny shadow. She tends to choose a favourite person and she will need gentle work to help her build confidence.
She loves people, though she can get frightened if someone is loud or moves too quickly. With patience and calm reassurance, her confidence is growing every day. She has already started to play with her foster carer and has even attempted to play with her foster brother.
Colette will benefit from continued socialisation as she adjusts being around new people. She may do especially well in a home with another small, confident, relaxed dog who can show her the ropes. She must have someone home a lot as she does not cope well on her own.
At bedtime, she loves nothing more than snuggling under a blanket and drifting off to sleep feeling safe and warm.
