🛋️ Lifestyle
- Chloe is a placid soul who loves her naps and will happily snooze the day away.
- She sleeps on her bed but won’t say no to climbing onto the couch for a cuddle session.
- She’s a snuggler at heart and thrives on human affection.
- Chloe loves car rides and if she hears the keys she is right there waiting.
- While she loves going for walks, and gets so excited when she sees a leash, Chloe is currently heartworm positive, so she can only manage very short strolls which she absolutely loves.
- Chloe is fine being left home alone, but she’ll always be happiest when her humans are nearby.
💖 Why You’ll Love Her
Chloe is the kind of dog who will quietly fit into your life, offering companionship, cuddles, and a calm presence. She’s affectionate without being over the top.
HEALTH WAIVER: Chloe came into care in September with one of the worst ear infections we have ever seen. Her ears are now much better after two Osurnia gel applications, however she has chronic Otitis Externa (which means she is prone to ear infections), due to untreated ear infections throughout her life she has thickening and overgrowth of the ear canal tissues which have lead to narrowing of the ear canal. She will require regular weekly ear cleaning - which she thoroughly enjoys!
If she has another bout of ear infections, she will require Osurnia gel application, this lasts roughly 2 months and costs $25 per application.
Chloe is currently being treated for heartworm. This treatment is included in the adoption fee and will need to be done at an approved Lucky Paws Vet in SE QLD. We will also pay for another heartworm test in 9 months. If the dog is still positive Lucky Paws will pay for another round of heartworm treatment at our approved Lucky Paws vet.
