Hi, I would like to introduce myself. I am Bogie (named after Humphrey Bogart). I am a gentle giant (60kg) that identifies as a lapdog.
I have a huge heart that matches the rest of me. I am such a softie and a true gentleman. I love humans but can be a little weary of men when I first meet them, but it doesn’t take me long to warm up to them, especially if they have treats.
I would suit a household where someone is home majority of the time, or another dog to keep me company.
I am toilet trained as I love sleeping inside. I am very polite as I sit and wait for my food. I am gentle when eating out of your hand.
I have a beautiful temperament which is fantastic as I currently reside with cats and two medium size female dogs. I would prefer to watch the other dogs chase the ball, while I stand close to my humans so they can pat me in between the ball throwing.
I love cats, even though it is not always reciprocated. I really enjoy car rides and going places with my humans. Due to my size, I am probably more suitable around children from 6 years of age and older. Only because I still think I am a chihuahua.
My favourite past time is snuggling beside my humans on the lounge while they watch TV.

Bogie has epilepsy, this is controlled by medication. He is on 200mg Phenomav twice daily (every 12 hours).
