Bear is a sweet boy who loves cuddles and time spent with his people. He is very loyal and playful. He’s happy to lie in the sun or on the couch all day long, but would love to be thrown the ball in the yard as well!
Bear loves playing fetch with anything he can find, and hes particularly good at bringing it right back to you and putting it in your hand! He would play fetch all day long if he could, and prefers toys even over treats! However he loves a good bicky.
He is very well trained and will even go to the toilet on command ‘go do a wee’. He knows Sit, Drop, Stay, leave it, shake, crate, gentle. Bear is also crate trained. He is good with children of all ages and currently lives with a baby.
Bear can be reactive on lead with dogs he doesn’t know however he is currently living with another dog. Once he gets to know the other dog he enjoys playing.
Bear doesn’t suffer from separation anxiety however has always been with another dog. He will require 5ft fencing to keep him safe.
HEALTH WAIVER: Bear is cross-eyed in both eyes and does not require any treatment at this stage.
Bear is part of our assisted rehoming program and the dog is not currently in the care of Lucky Paws Dog Rescue. Lucky Paws does not accept financial responsibly for any health issues that may arise once adopted. Harriet's rehoming fee is $50 as are all dogs in this program and includes desexing, microchipping, vaccination, flea, heartworm & worming treatments.
