HEALTH WAIVER:
Axel is currently being treated for heartworm. This treatment is included in the adoption fee and will need to be done at an approved Lucky Paws Vet in SE QLD. We will also pay for another heartworm test in 9 months. If the dog is still positive Lucky Paws will pay for another round of heartworm treatment at our approved Lucky Paws vet.
