Arlo is a bubbly and happy boy! You wouldn’t even know this boy is 7 years old. He still acts like a puppy!
Arlo enjoys playing fetch but is still learning to drop it. He is good with other dogs and has previously lived with another dog, he is in a foster home with no other pets so would suit either but do believe he would be happier with company.
He is good with kids of all ages and likes to sit next to the swings while the kids play. He would benefit from additional training especially when he gets excited as he is about 30kg.
Arlo needs someone home often and secure 6ft fencing. His previous owners have said he is good with cats however is untested in our care. He is not bothered by the wild birds that land near him.
HEALTH WAIVER:
Arlo has mild (stage 2) renal disease as a result of preventive care he has started Hills Science Diet Renal (KD). His new owner will need to continue this food - 7KG bag is approx $120. The only signs are increased drinking and urination. He is clinically well but will require 6-12 monthly blood & urine tested. please see attached blood result.
Arlo arrived in care with sun damage of his nose. This has now healed however he will need a shaded outdoor area.
