Hi there! My name is Alf and I am as handsome as they come. I am very clever, and just want to please you. Walks are my absolute favourite! I am quickly learning to walk well on the lead. When we take the human baby with us, I walk patiently beside the pram. My recall is top notch, it's mighty impressive.
Before I came to the city, I lived on a farm, but I just had no desire to be a working dog! It is going to take a while to get used to suburban life, and my future family will have to be patient while I get comfortable with my new surroundings.
My crate is my safe space! At bed time I snuggle in and don't make a peep until I see you in the am.
I can be quite timid, especially with men, but once you show me love, we can be best friends! Ideally I need a female only home or if there is a man in the home they need to super patient as it may take me several weeks to trust and settle in. My favourite person so far is my baby human foster sister, I like to check up on her and lick her toes!
My new family will need a big yard for me to explore, and provide me with lots of exercise. And at the end of the day, a soft bed next to you or a cheeky couch spot!
