Woof! Hello, future family! I’m Ginger, and I can’t wait to meet you! I’m a sweet and gentle dachshund mix with the softest brown eyes and the cutest little legs that never slow me down.
I love exploring the world around me, whether it’s sniffing out exciting scents in the yard or going on little adventures with my humans. My favorite pastime? Cuddling up beside you for some well-deserved belly rubs! In fact, I’m always up for a belly rub—I’ll even roll over to remind you. I also love following my humans around the house because I always want to be close to them. If you sit down, be prepared for lots of face kisses—I just can’t help myself!
I’m a very playful pup who loves to zoom around and have fun! Whether it's chasing a toy, playing with my doggy friends, or just goofing around, I bring lots of joy and energy wherever I go. I also sit nicely and patiently when it’s time to put my leash on because I want nothing more than to please my family! Did I mention that I love treats?
I get along wonderfully with other dogs and would love a furry friend to snuggle with. I’m still working on my potty training—I try my best, but sometimes I get so excited that I might have a little accident! With patience and encouragement, I know I’ll get better.
I would thrive in a home where my humans are around more often than not or where I have a doggy friend to keep me company. At night, I enjoy snuggling up in a comfy spot, and I feel safe in my crate when my humans are away.
