Owen is a sweet natured boy who is a little timid at first. Once he settles he slowly comes out of his shell.
Owen is good with other dogs and would love another dog friend in his new home or he is fine with someone home often. He startles with louder noises so best with older kids.
He has so much love to give his new family, he just needs a second chance.
