I'm ready for my new family!

Hi! I’m Mr. Bentley, I am a smart and loving boy! 

 

I’m always up for a new challenge, I’m gaining so much confidence and even doing sniff tasks for treats! My foster mum is showing me everyday, new ways to build my confidence with the world around me! And boy do I love learning! Me and my doggie friend, go on hikes and training sessions everyday, I’ve learnt so much and can’t wait to learn more! 

 

I currently live with a young female collie cross, who teaches me how to play and have fun! We play quite rough and herd eachother around the yard, I’d really love another female doggie who plays and has similar energy to me but I can also be an only dog too, I also live with two cats and a lizard! I’m very friendly with all my foster siblings but do enjoy my space when sleeping and when enjoying my meal. 

 

Being a border collie, I definitely have not lost my sense for herding, my ideal home will need a family experienced with my breed, dog savvy children over the age of 12 and a quieter home, as I am not fond of other male dogs, male humans and loud noises. My foster mum is teaching me to build confidence with males, she has given me my own crate where I feel safe and gives me lots of treats and structure during these sessions, I will need a family willing to continue my training and confidence building.

 

As much as I love to play, learn and go on adventures, I do love to cuddle up and be right by your side! I’ll always be up for watching a movie on the couch or be right by your feet, waiting for that treat.
