Hi folks, my name is Humphrey and I am a stunning and cheeky boy who is looking for my forever home.
I am a happy and playful pup who spends my days wrestling with my sister and cuddling up to my foster parents. I can be quite shy at first- I am totally comfortable with my foster parents now but meeting new people is an unfamiliar experience so I'm a little timid initially, but with patience and encouragement I start to feel more comfortable and come up for pats. With time and training my confidence will grow.
I am a clever boy who has already mastered lots of basic obedience. I know sit, stay, lay down and shake. Plus I know how to wait for my food and take food gently from your hand. My new family will need to continue my training to help me be the best pup I can be.
I am only young and learning to experience new things and so far have found the car to be a bit scary so sometimes I get sick, so I will need help growing my confidence in the car to learn that it's not that scary! I would love a home with another dog to guide me, and I would prefer a quieter home environment while I'm still finding my way.
Being a working breed I have lots of energy so I will need daily walks and space to run around and play, so my new family needs to be committed to providing the attention and stimulation necessary to keep me happy and healthy. While I am shy at first, with time you will see that I am a very sweet, happy and cuddly pup that adores your company so if you are willing to give me the patience I need you will be rewarded with a very loving best friend!
