Ben is equally playful, laidback, goofy and affectionate; a delight to welcome into the household.
He is social and inquisitive and insists on saying hello to everyone. He welcomes visitors into the home, is very playful with other dogs and particularly likes chasing them around the yard.
Ben travels beautifully in the car and calmly awaits the adventure ahead. He also walks incredibly well on his lead, so outings with Ben are a breeze!
Ben has been raised as an indoor/outdoor dog and likes to spend his days zooming around the yard with his dog friends before finding a nice spot to relax. Ben has been sleeping in the laundry with his fur sibling and doesn’t make a peep overnight. He is very easy-going and content watching the world pass him by and has been fine when left home alone.
Ben has a soft and gentle nature and knows not to jump when excited or when meeting new people. He has previously lived with young children and does thrive in a family environment. With that said, he loves zooming around the yard and does forget his size (approx 25kg) so would be best suited to older dog-savvy kids.
Ben has only just started his obedience training and would love for his new family to continue this with him. Given Ben doesn’t shed, he will require regular grooming to maintain his comfort.
If you’re looking for a family man that you can include in almost any adventure, Ben would be the perfect candidate!
HEALTH WAIVER: Ben has mild hip dysplasia in both hips. It is not causing any pain or discomfort at present. He may be susceptible to early onset arthritis.
