Hi, my name is Taya and I’m so excited and ready to find my forever home!
I’m currently in care with two foster sisters; my goofy Bull Arab sister that I love to wrestle and my cattle dog sister that I like to follow around whilst adventuring the yard.
Although I'm happy playing with toys and adventuring alone, I would ideally love a play mate to spend my days with to keep me socialising and help me settle in as I can be a little shy at first but with patience and love I’m sure to be settled in a few days.
I am proving to be a bright girl with toilet training down pat and I sleep in my crate at night without a peep. I will benefit from continued training with someone who understands my breed to help my personality shine, particularly lead work, recall and focus training. Although I’m a super friendly girl I would prefer slower introductions on lead with some dogs due to my shy nature. I spend most of my time outside but also love coming inside for a nap on the couch or rug. My foster parents can leave us alone from 5-8 hours without an issue.
Once I have settled in and trust you I will show so much affection and trust. I will come crawling for cuddles and face rubs with my puppy dog eyes. Placid, Playful and Independent sum me up pretty well, I will happily play and roll around with my doggy friends but once I’m done I’m ready for nap and cuddles inside.
My foster parents think I’ll be a loyal companion to someone that is willing open their heart and home to me. I’d make a lovely addition to a family that will snuggle, play and give me the confidence and training I need. I would benefit from secure fencing (5ft).
I know the right person will come along soon and see me for who I truly am, my foster parents always remind me what a special girl I am. I hope we can meet soon so we can start enjoying and exploring life together!
