Meet Axel!
A fun, energetic little boy who loves his people and play time.
Axel is a sweet young boy who will need a family who can provide him with mental and physical exercise. He would benefit from a active family or a family with another dog to keep him entertained.
Axel knows how to “sit” and “wait” for his food before he is told to “eat” although he does get a bit keen and sometimes forgets to listen. He is highly food motivated and loves to please his people which makes him a quick learner. He is crate trained and happily sleeps in his crate throughout the night. He can get a bit sooky when left in his crate during the day but given the right entertainment and physical exercise, he can be left on his own to entertain himself.
Axel plays well with his foster fur siblings (15kg staffy X and 40kg rottweiler) and is always inviting other dogs and people to play. He loves his cuddle time and enjoys being on the couch with his people. He loves a game of chase and fetch and most times knows to drop the ball to let you throw it again. He loves a game of tug and will carry his rope around the yard inviting his people to play. He’s a little water dog obsessed with the hose and will even try catching water from the shower spout when having a bath.
Axel needs a home that will provide him with entertainment and cuddles.
