Introducing HUNTER…
HUNTER is so full of life; everything is new & exciting & he loves every moment of it! He’s not scared to walk out into the big wide world & go exploring, he’ll even stop & say hello to whoever or whatever he sees along the way.
HUNTER is making great progress with his basic manners. He sits patiently (for a 10 week old) for his meals, comes when you whistle, & has learnt to “sit” and “stay”.
We’re currently working on toilet training consistency (specifically more so during the day) however with a routine currently in place, he sleeps on his own bed, takes himself to the toilet throughout the night & returns back to his bed.
HUNTER loves walk time & is keen to go rain, hail or shine! He stays close to his foster carer's heels, responds to commands and prompts & is able to stay focussed & ignore distractions. And…. if you take a ball with you when you go, HUNTER will love you forever for it!
Cattle Dogs need structure so HUNTER will need owners who understand the time commitment required for a young working-breed pup. His ideal forever home will have an active household, consistent training habits, and plenty of time to keep his high level puppy energy at bay with mentally stimulating games, toys or activities.
