ZEUS can be a little timid and shy with new people but when he feels comfortable, he showers his humans with endless amounts of love and affection!
ZEUS is happiest when he’s playing and rough housing with his much bigger foster brother, doing zoomies, having a chew toy or getting a belly scratch while cuddled up beside his human.
Saying ZEUS is highly food motivated would be an understatement! He LOVES his food and chew treats and his training has been greatly helped by this.
While we haven’t fully mastered all basic commands just yet, the short training sessions we’ve been doing throughout the day will ensure that ZEUS has these (both verbal and using hand signals) down pat in no time. He will sit, stay, come, toilet outside & he also knows down (paws on the floor). ZEUS is comfortable walking with a lead and harness on, visibly gaining more confidence each time he steps out & goes for a walk.
ZEUS is genuinely a really good, happy-go-lucky, playful, loyal, and loving little pup. He’d do well in a home with or without other dogs, and with one person, a couple, or with a family. If ZEUS is going to be the only pup, he’ll need someone who’s going to be home more often than not.
