Jackie is a gentle, sweet-natured girl with so much love to give. While she can be a little timid when meeting new people, once she feels safe and comfortable, her affectionate personality shines through. She'll happily seek out cuddles and reward you with the sweetest, gentlest kisses.
Jackie loves spending time playing with her large Wolfhound cross foster brother, zoomies, chasing a ball around the yard, and soaking up the sunshine with a relaxing nap.
She would thrive in a home where someone is around more often than not, or with a friendly canine companion to keep her company, as she enjoys the comfort of having company.
Jackie is currently learning basic commands, including sit. She is highly food motivated, making her eager to learn and a joy to train.
After sadly losing her owner, Jackie spent the past six months in the pound before coming into foster care. As a result, she is still building her confidence and will need a patient, understanding family willing to give her the time and reassurance she deserves. With kindness and consistency, Jackie will blossom into a loyal and loving companion.
