Ollie is a happy, energetic young pup who absolutely lives for playtime. His favourite game is a good old tug‑of‑war with his chew toys, and he’ll happily bounce around the house and garden showing off his playful, cheeky personality. He has that wonderful puppy enthusiasm for life and loves being involved in whatever is happening around him.
Like many young dogs, Ollie is still learning when playtime is over and it’s time to settle, but once he winds down he’s more than content to curl up at your feet for a well‑earned snooze. He’s already learning his manners and can sit nicely, especially when food or treats are involved, and he’d love a family who enjoys teaching him new skills and tricks so he can really show off how clever he is.
Since coming into foster care, Ollie has been an absolute superstar in the home. He is fully toilet trained, has not had a single accident, and sleeps soundly in his crate overnight. He also settles well in his crate during the day when everyone is out. While he’s comfortable with crate time, his dream home would include access to cosy indoor spaces or a sunny spot where he can stretch out and soak up the warmth for a peaceful nap.
Ollie has already shown that he can walk beautifully on a lead and is eager to explore more of the world by your side. He enjoys meeting new people and has a sweet, affectionate nature, though he’s still learning how to greet calmly — his excitement sometimes gets the better of him because he just loves everyone so much.
An active family would be the perfect match for Ollie, one that can include him in adventures and keep up with his playful energy. With guidance and continued socialisation, he’s sure to grow into a well‑rounded companion.
As a growing pup with plenty of enthusiasm and the occasional clumsy moment, Ollie would be best suited to a home with older children who can confidently handle his size and energy.
