Hi, my name is Hamish! My foster Mum tells me I am a handsome boy and a joy to have around.
I have a little white stumpy tail that wags like crazy when I get excited, Mum says it is really cute! I would love my new family to be home often, as I get a bit upset when I am left all alone. I am a very cuddly boy and will happily follow you everywhere to make sure that you are doing all your chores properly, and to make sure that you don’t get lonely.
My favourite things are love and cuddles, fetching the ball (I am very good at that), having my dinner and getting treats (I am very food oriented).
I am learning to sit and drop, and I will benefit from some ongoing training and work with walking on the lead as I do pull a bit at the moment.
A word from my Mum…
If you have time to give this boy, he will reward you with untold love, licks and cuddles. Hamish is a bit shy to start, but once he trusts you his playful spirit bursts into life.
Having another friendly, well-balanced dog around would help Hamish settle in and show him that the world isn’t so scary after all.
If you’re patient, kind, and ready to toss a ball or two, Hamish is ready to meet you and steal your heart.
