Hi, my name is Ted, and I am a wonderful, energetic and loving 6-year-old Terrier Cross.
I am a real snuggle bunny who loves to just nap on your lap until it is time for a walk. I love walking and am very good on a lead as long as you let me sniff everything. I am a bit of an indoor dog and have enjoyed sleeping on the bed between my foster mum and Dad.
I have learnt to use the doggy doors at my foster home and can go outside to the toilet without help. My current foster home has three other small dogs, and although I like playing with my foster siblings, I would prefer a home where I am the centre of attention or maybe with one other dog, as I do like to play but really enjoy being the centre of attention.
If you have children, then I would really prefer a home with older children, preferably over 12 years old. I can get anxious around younger children, but my foster mum takes me to her tutoring groups with teenagers, and I love playing with them as long as they remain gentle.
My foster home currently has a cat, which is a new experience for me. I am obsessed with her. I keep trying to lick her face and be friendly, but I am a little over the top. So, if my new home has a cat, I may need to be shown how to introduce myself to it.
I love driving with my face out the window, and I can sit quietly at the coffee shop and be admired. If you are looking for a cute little man to snuggle with and keep you company, and you don't mind a daily stroll with lots of time to smell the daisies and everything else, then I am the man for you.
