Hi I’m Ivy… are you my new best friend? My whole bum wiggles with happiness whenever I see my human friends - even the little ones as I know how to be gentle! I just love head rubs, tummy rubs, all kinds of rubs really…. And I am the best at giving cuddles and snuggles - especially after a big day playing with my toys and rough housing with my foster brother.
I can be pretty shy to start but I really am the sweetest most affectionate girl once I’ve had a little time. I am big and strong so if I am not going to be your only fur pal then I would need a play mate who can match my energy - I’m also a bit too playful for the small dogs and they often get overwhelmed with me.
I am also more than happy just lazing about on my own too, so it won’t matter to me either way if I’m your only girl or if I get to have siblings - you’ll still get my big staffy smile every day of the week no matter what!
Oh and did I mention I am super well behaved and smart too. I know to sit and wait for my treats and food, I sit calmly for my bath and I know how to go to my bed when mum says it’s time. I can sleep the whole night inside without making a mess too!
I can’t wait to meet you - I’m sure I will melt your heart in an instant.
HEALTH WAIVER:
Ivy is currently being treated for heartworm. This treatment is included in the adoption fee and will need to be done at an approved Lucky Paws Vet in SE QLD. We will also pay for another heartworm test in 9 months. If the dog is still positive Lucky Paws will pay for another round of heartworm treatment at our approved Lucky Paws vet.
