Anna is a truly special girl with the sweetest, softest temperament. She is incredibly loving, submissive, and affectionate, the kind of dog who just wants to be close to her people. She has a gentle soul, a heart-shaped nose, and a huge heart to match.
She came into care pregnant. After giving birth and raising her puppies, she has been slowly recovering, gaining strength, drying up her milk, and regaining her weight.
Anna is fully toilet trained and she’s very clean. When given access to the outdoors, she will always choose to go outside to do her business and has never had indoor accidents. She enjoys both indoor and outdoor living but strongly prefers being close to her humans.
She does experience a little separation anxiety. This isn’t bad behaviour, she’s still very young (just over a year old) and emotionally sensitive. She thrives best in a home where she has companionship of another dog and humans, and reassurance.
Anna needs to be inside at night with her people, this is where she is happiest! During the day she loves sunbathing, belly rubs and lots of kisses.
Anna may appear shy or a little closed off at first, as she can be unsure in new environments. Once she feels safe, she blossoms into the most affectionate, loyal, and loving companion.
She gives love deeply and wholeheartedly, and she deserves a home that will love her just as much in return.
