Butch is a very kind, gentle, happy and affectionate dog. He gets so excited to see you! He is always up for a game of tug of war with his toys.
Butch likes nothing more than to go for a walk and explore and at the end of the day, laying on the sofa next to his human mum or dad and cuddle up.
He would suit a family with another female dog as he gets a bit lonely and has shown some anxiety when left alone at home. He had some play dates with his cousin Abby who is a French Mastiff and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Therefore, he is not a dog that should be kept by himself and if there is someone home most of the day, that would be even better.
Butch has had basic training and sits when he is told so and doesn't jump up anymore. He would benefit being in a family which can give him the attention that he needs.
